I am new here, but thought that maybe I could give some advice. Have you gone to your department of Social Services for help yet? Also, your local hospitals also have programs in which you can apply for finacial aide to pay your hospital bills. Call the billing office for a application. I also was in the same position when I was first diagnosed with Lupus and had no Insurance, please call your hospital and talk to your billing department and the Social workers at both the hospital and at the department of social services. I hope you find help.
